Textile dispersant from Global Optimals is an anionic surfactant, fully water‑soluble, pH‑neutral and stable up to 130 °C. The product belongs to the class of sulfonate‑based anionic surfactants, where a long hydrophobic alkyl chain is coupled with a highly polar sulfonate head group, providing strong surface activity and resistance to hydrolysis at elevated temperatures. This molecular architecture reduces the surface tension of the dye bath, improves wetting of polyester and nylon fibers, and promotes uniform distribution of dye particles. In practice the dispersant forms microscopic dye‑surfactant complexes that keep dye molecules from aggregating, thereby enhancing diffusion into the fiber and minimizing the formation of insoluble precipitates. It is compatible with reactive, direct, and disperse dyes, making it suitable for conventional batch dyeing as well as modern digital printing where rapid drying and foam control are critical. When used with disperse dyes on polyester, the additive helps achieve brighter, more color‑fast shades; with reactive dyes on nylon it supports deeper fixation and better resistance to fading. The low viscosity (6–8 cP) and high solubility ensure rapid dispersion throughout the bath, preventing sedimentation and excessive foaming, which is especially valuable in high‑throughput production lines. Recommended dosage of 0.5‑1.0 % of the total bath volume at pH 5‑9 provides optimal interaction with a wide range of dye chemistries. For processes that operate at higher temperatures or require very low foam, the dispersant can be combined with silicone‑based or polypropylene glycol anti‑foam agents without loss of performance. The additive also contributes to energy savings, as effective dispersion at low concentrations reduces the need for prolonged agitation or heating. Store in a dry, cool environment (5 °C‑30 °C) protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Operators should wear protective gloves and goggles. To maintain the dispersant’s performance, store it in a dry, well‑ventilated area at ambient temperatures, typically between +15 °C and +30 °C, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. When the packaging remains intact, the product’s shelf life is generally 12–24 months. During handling, wear appropriate gloves and safety goggles, avoid contact with eyes and skin, and ensure adequate ventilation. Keep containers tightly sealed to prevent moisture ingress and contamination.
