At 25 °C the cure schedule reaches 70 % of ultimate strength after 8 hours and full strength after 24 hours; raising the temperature to 60 °C accelerates the reaction to about 2 hours, which is useful for rapid repair work. Storage recommendations are a dry, cool environment at 15‑25 °C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. For preparation, mix the hardener at a 1 : 2 weight ratio; when faster cure is required, 0.5‑1 % of a tri‑ethyl‑amine‑based catalyst may be introduced. During handling wear chemical‑resistant gloves, safety goggles and protective clothing, avoid skin contact and inhalation of vapors, and ensure local ventilation if needed.
