Hydrogen Peroxide 35%

Hydrogen peroxide 35 % (CAS 7722‑84‑1) is a high‑purity aqueous solution widely used in the food industry for aseptic packaging, disinfection and bleaching. The concentration is controlled at 35 ± 0.5 % with a purity of ≥99 % and impurity level ≤0.5 ppm, meeting international food‑grade specifications. As a strong oxidising agent, H₂O₂ rapidly destroys bacteria, viruses and spores, providing sterility without chemical residues. In fruit, vegetable and ready‑meal processing the solution extends shelf life and enhances colour and flavour. Hydrogen peroxide is also employed in juice clarification, dairy product pasteurisation and confectionery bleaching, where its oxidative action removes microbial load while lightening pigments in fruit purees, gels and frosting. When combined with mild acids such as citric or acetic acid, the peroxide forms peracids that are more effective against resilient biofilms in cooling loops and piping. In CIP (Cleaning In Place) regimes, H₂O₂ is typically sequenced after an alkaline wash; the peroxide decomposes to water and oxygen, leaving no corrosive residues on stainless‑steel equipment and shortening the overall cleaning cycle. For safe storage the solution should be kept in sealed, light‑impermeable stainless‑steel containers at 5‑25 °C, away from organic materials. When diluted to 3 % for sanitation, personnel must wear gloves, safety goggles and ensure adequate ventilation. The solution is thermally unstable above about 40 °C, where it accelerates decomposition, so processing temperatures are kept moderate. Our supply includes a complete documentation package – Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and Certificate of Analysis (COA) – confirming compliance with GOST and EU‑Regulation standards. Fast delivery from our Tashkent warehouse reaches Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Russia within 24‑48 hours, enabling uninterrupted production for our B2B clients. The product meets FDA and EFSA requirements for food additives and holds an ISO 9001 certificate confirming quality control throughout production. In CIP systems hydrogen peroxide provides rapid equipment cleaning without corrosion, and its breakdown to oxygen supports a safe microbiological environment. Transport follows ICH guidelines, with class 5.1 labeling and packaging in 200 L metal drums.

Storage and handling

Hydrogen peroxide 35 % must be stored in a dry, well‑ventilated area, shielded from direct sunlight and heat sources. Recommended storage temperature does not exceed 25 °C; higher temperatures accelerate decomposition. When sealed, the typical shelf life is about 12 months, but the production date should be verified. Handling requires protective gloves, goggles and clothing, avoiding contact with organic materials and open flames. Packaging must remain intact, free of leaks or damage; any compromised container should be isolated and disposed of in accordance with regulations.
