Practical handling guidelines recommend pre‑dissolving the additive in a small amount of a solvent compatible with the main formulation, then adding the solution to the main tank under moderate agitation. Typical processing temperatures range from 20 °C to 30 °C with mixing speeds of 300–500 rpm, which ensures complete dispersion without sedimentation. Exceeding the recommended dosage may slightly reduce gloss, a effect that can be compensated by adjusting solvent levels.
